manage your subscription

You will receive your wine pack on the second Wednesday of each month directly to your door!
Enrolling in a given calendar month or having a recurring charge during that month makes you eligible to receive your pack in the subsequent month. For instance, if you sign up in July, your would receive your pack in August, and so forth.
When you sign up for a subscription, you will have a recurring membership. Your first charge will occur on the day you sign up, and you will have a recurring charge every subsequent month on that same date.
After signing up, you can manage your subscription at the Stripe Member Portal (we have a button link to manage your subscription above) where you can cancel or update billing & other account information with the click of a button!
If you’re ready to take a subscription vacation, just drop us a line at hospitality@queensenglishdc.com! Let us know how long you want to press pause, and we’ll make it happen.
If you wish to cancel, you can do so through the Stripe Member Portal (we have a button link to manage your subscription listed beneath the wine club description) where you can cancel with the click of a button! Be sure to cancel before the end of the month to avoid having your subscription renewed for the following month.
